A complete guide to your personal AI wedding copilot — no forms to fill in, just a conversation that shapes your plan.
Nuptia is designed to take the cognitive load out of wedding planning. There's no setup wizard and nothing to fill in blank before you can begin — you open the app and start talking to your Concierge, and it builds your plan, your budget, and your tools from that conversation. This guide walks you through the key flows to get the most out of it.
1. Just Start Talking
Open Nuptia for the first time and you land straight in a conversation with the Concierge — there's no questionnaire to complete first. Tell it what you already know: a place, a season, a budget, or just a feeling for the day. There's nothing to fill in incorrectly, so skip anything you're not ready to decide.

Calm Tip: A quiet progress count in the sidebar tracks how many of the essentials are known — names, date, location, budget, guest count, ceremony, venue, and timings. Nothing is required in order; the Concierge asks again naturally when something becomes relevant.
2. Your Home Screen Fills Itself
As you talk, tiles for your venue, budget, guest list, RSVP website, table planner, and more appear on your Home screen and update automatically — no double entry. Start with the essentials and add tiles for anything else you're planning, from catering and photography to hotels, transport, and attire.

3. The Concierge (Your Wedding Copilot)
The Concierge is the heart of Nuptia. It knows your wedding date, budget, and location, and brings that context into every reply to help you research, organize, and act — instead of starting from a blank page each time.
How to use the Concierge:
Find and shortlist vendors: Ask for local venues, caterers, photographers, or bands. You'll get real options with a map and pricing, and can shortlist the ones you like.
Perform actions: Ask the Concierge to update budget allocations or add items to your checklists directly — no need to switch screens.
Context-aware help: Open a project (like Seating or Guests) and the chat is automatically linked to the tool you're using.

4. Projects Keep Things Tidy
The sidebar groups everything into projects, so you're never hunting through menus for a tool. Tap one to open it right inside the Concierge:
Who is getting married — your names, date, and style
Budget
Guest list
Ceremony location
Venue
Gift center
RSVP site
Additional projects appear underneath as the Concierge works through other parts of your plan with you — flowers, catering, photography, and more.
5. Smart Budget Tracker
Keep your spending under control without opening a spreadsheet. The Budget Tracker automatically allocates your budget across categories and monitors real-time changes.
Overspend Warnings: If a category exceeds its allocation limit, the Concierge flags the overspend and suggests adjustments.
Linked Purchases: Whenever you book a vendor from an AI-generated shortlist, the final cost automatically syncs into your budget tracker.

6. Visual Seating & Table Planner
Ditch the sticky notes. Nuptia's Table Planner is a visual canvas tied directly to your guest list.
Drag-and-Drop: Arrange guests at circular or rectangular tables simply by dragging their chips.
Export to PDF: When complete, export a print-ready seating layout to send to your caterer or event coordinator.

7. Inspiration & Keepsakes
Beyond logistics, Nuptia gives your wedding a place to gather and remember:
Inspiration boards: Save and group looks by category — gowns, flowers, venues, rings, decor, cakes — or start your own custom album.
Memory Lane: A running timeline of photos and milestones from your planning journey, linked to the documents you've filed.
Vault: A secure place to store wedding paperwork — contracts, certificates, scanned documents — that the Concierge can reference when relevant.
Gift center: Curate links to your existing registries or set up a cash or honeymoon fund, both shareable straight from your RSVP site.

8. RSVP Website Integration
In one tap, you can publish a customized, secure RSVP landing page for your wedding hosted directly on nuptia.wedding.
Publish your website from the RSVP site project.
Copy and share the personalized link with your guests.
When guests submit their RSVPs, dietary needs, and plus-one details on the web, their answers flow directly back into your Guest Manager list in the app.
